Acceptance of Terms

By using Feline Dynasty, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please discontinue use immediately. These terms may be updated periodically, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use cryptocurrency features. Users under 18 may play without crypto transactions with parental consent.

Virtual Assets

EF, FTON, and FGOLD are virtual assets with no guaranteed real-world value. Purchases are non-refundable. Token values may fluctuate and are not backed by any physical asset. Virtual assets exist within the game ecosystem and their utility is limited to the Feline Dynasty platform.

User Conduct

Users must not: exploit bugs, use bots or automation, manipulate markets, engage in fraud, create multiple accounts, or violate applicable laws. Violations result in immediate account termination without notice.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, access to virtual assets may be permanently lost.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, bug-free operation, or specific outcomes. Use at your own risk.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by applicable international laws. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. Service may not be available in restricted jurisdictions.

General Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods and cryptocurrency transactions, all purchases in Feline Dynasty are generally final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to: FTON tokens, NFT cats, in-game items, and any premium features.

Digital Goods

Virtual currencies (EF, FTON, FGOLD) and NFT cats are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase. Once delivered, these items cannot be returned or exchanged. You acknowledge that you waive any right of withdrawal upon delivery.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances: technical errors that prevented delivery, duplicate charges due to system errors, or unauthorized transactions (with proper verification). Each case is reviewed individually within 14 days of the request.

Refund Process

To request a refund, contact our support team through the in-app support feature with: your Telegram ID, transaction details, date of purchase, and reason for the request. Our team will review your case and respond within 7 business days.

Cryptocurrency Transactions

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. Once a blockchain transaction is confirmed, it cannot be reversed. We cannot refund cryptocurrency payments for network fees, gas fees, or transactions to incorrect wallet addresses.

Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Requests after this period will not be considered. If approved, refunds are processed within 30 days to the original payment method when possible.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Mistakes cannot be undone. Smart contracts may contain bugs. Network congestion may delay transactions.

Wallet Security

You are solely responsible for your wallet security. Never share private keys or seed phrases. Lost wallet access means permanent loss of assets. We cannot recover lost funds.

Regulatory Uncertainty

Cryptocurrency regulations vary by jurisdiction and may change. It is your responsibility to comply with local laws. Some features may be unavailable in certain regions.
